"One Voice, Many Styles"

After having 11 vocal coaches of her own (including being trained to sing classically) and having attended the prestigious College of Music at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Bess has developed her own "One Voice, Many Styles" vocal teaching method.

Based on her own experience singing many different types of music, Bess's teaching method will provide a framework for you as her student to enable you to sing in all of the following styles of music: musical theater, pop, jazz, rock, gospel, rhythm-and-blues or country.

Through Bess's teaching method you will learn a basic framework involving a novel approach to physical warm-ups (i.e. Circle Exercises), breath techniques, vocal warm-ups and placement of the note accompanied with the breath into your resonators in your body to allow you to create a powerful and beautiful sound with your voice.

You will learn to be just as accomplished a singer as vocal powerhouses such as Lady Gaga, Celine Dion or Barbara Streisand -- as their voice boxes are no bigger than yours.

​However, Bess will teach you how to use your breath to place the sound into your resonators just like those stars do which has catapulted them to international acclaim and stardom.

Bess also will teach you song delivery and interpretation which will move your audiences. She will teach you how to approach a song like an actress or actor in a three-act play by building your song from beginning to end and leaving your audience breathless!
